Our Story
This non-profit organization has existed in Moose Jaw for over 40 years and has over 550 athletes annually. We host an annual provincial competition every year that 250+ athletes and approximately 1000 family members travel to the city of Moose Jaw from across the province of Saskatchewan. Gymtastiks hosted Provincial championships in 2014 & 2015 with all four disciplines: Women’s Artistic, Men’s Artistic, Trampoline & Tumbling, and Rhythmic.
Gymtastiks employs 15 coaches that range from part-time to full time. This is a great job for students of all ages. The club is open 6 days a week.
Gymnastics is a foundation for all sport. It develops fundamental movement patterns such as power, strength, balance, endurance, coordination, agility, spatial orientation, and
flexibility.
Recently Gymtastiks had 4 gymnasts on the Saskatchewan Winter Games team in 2023. With two athletes making event finals. At the 2023 Provincials, we had gymnasts win medals on events, and many top 8 finishes in all around and individual events.
Gymtastiks offers many programs recreational, competitive, specialty classes like tumbling, track & field, and trampoline classes. We have classes for age 2 and up to 18. We have classes for both boys and girls.
